This video contains footage from the 1990 Miss Gay USA Pennsylvania Preliminary Pageant (the first Miss Pennsylvania Gay USA) taking place at Zack's Fourth Avenue in Downtown Pittsburgh on March 30th 1990.

Hosted by Mistress of Ceremonies is Danny Santilli, the pageant features 5 contestants (Sable Van Cane from Akron Ohio - 4th Runner Up, Samantha St. James from Akron Ohio - Ms Congeniality and 3rd Runner Up, Adrian Teal from Boardman/Youngstown Ohio - 2nd Runner Up, Leana Parker from Hawaii/Waynesboro Pennsylvania - 1st Runner Up, LaDonna LaMoore from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania - Miss Gay Pennsylvania 1990) and divided into three categories: (00:02:15) presentation , (00:19:12) talent*, judges (00:51:29) judges introduction, (01:03:35) evening gown, and (01:35:23) coronation.

(00:12:55) Danny Santilli, Bette Midler "All I Need to Know" dedicated to the memory of his former lover Richard, and the friends who helped him since his passing (Michael & Merna, John, Alexis, Chuck, Ret, and his newfound husbands Brian and Steven).

(00:54:00) Jackay and the Zackettes, Unidentified Dance Mix of "These Boots are Made for Walking."

(00:57:45) Natasha Edwards, Alannah Myles "Black Velvet."

(01:13:41) Natasha Edwards (Indianapolis, IN), speaks to the crowd about this being her last preliminary appearance before she steps down from her reign as Miss Gay USA. She then lipsynchs to an unidentified rendition of "God Bless the USA" written by Lee Greenwood.

(01:24:30) Natasha Edwards brings on an audience member to sing "Happy Birthday" to her lover 'Pam.'
