Hosted by Mistress of Ceremonies is Danny Santilli, the pageant features 5 contestants (Sable Van Cane from Akron Ohio - 4th Runner Up, Samantha St. James from Akron Ohio - Ms Congeniality and 3rd Runner Up, Adrian Teal from Boardman/Youngstown Ohio - 2nd Runner Up, Leana Parker from Hawaii/Waynesboro Pennsylvania - 1st Runner Up, LaDonna LaMoore from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania - Miss Gay Pennsylvania 1990) and divided into three categories: (00:02:15) presentation , (00:19:12) talent*, judges (00:51:29) judges introduction, (01:03:35) evening gown, and (01:35:23) coronation.
