Vanna’s step-down show in May of 1995, celebrating her reign as Miss Pittsburgh 1994. Guest performers include Kierra Darshell (Miss Pittsburgh 1991), Eva Destruction (Miss Pittsburgh 1992), and Toffee English (Miss Pittsburgh 1993). The show includes tributes to performers Bobby DeMario (Miss Pittsburgh 1982), who passed in April 1995, and Formica Dinnette (Miss Pittsburgh 1990), who passed in 1992.

The end of the tape contains footage from another show at Pegasus. The MC announces "You all know him as the doorman here at Pegasus, give it up for Divine!." The alleged doorman then performs Divine's "I'm so beautiful."
